Worst experience ever today. The drive thru was busy! When I asked the money girl what the deal was, her response was," I don't know, I just take orders! " When I got to the food window, I said, "what's the deal? I've been here waiting for 30 minutes! " His response, "well we're short today and it's not our fault! " as I began to say that it was their problem, he slammed the window in my face. I was shocked the frame didn't bust! That jerk needs to go. If you can't handle the stress at that place, good luck in the real world outside of fast food and customer service you little entitled prick.
Food is always fine, but this has to be one of the slowest McDonald's around. I live decently close and every single time I come here I end up waiting anywhere from 12 to 15 mins to get through the drive-thru. No idea why it is so incredibly slow. I suggest parking and just going inside.
The service and employees are a joke here. No communication between stations, and no sense of motivation. I don't write reviews but could not help this one. They should just close the doors for good.
Very busy. Workers did not move any faster. When mentioned worker told me if I don't like the service there are other places to eat. He's right. Did get my food it was all good quality.
If you go in for breakfast it’s not bad, they’re usually pretty quick and it’s clean for the most part. Nighttime/dinner time is horrible!!! You’ll sit in drive through for 20 mins or more waiting on a happy meal!! The staff on night shift seem to never know what’s going on, who ordered what, etc. their also to busy laughing and interacting with their co-workers to do their job! Inside the store is filthy and the wait is the same as going through drive!
