Very nice place! Got my measurements real easy. Staff person was really nice and easy to work with! No problems with my tux! No problems picking up and dropping off as well. Real smooth handling everything!
Worst dress place ever!!! Not only did it take months to for the dresses to come in, but then they charge a holding fee if you don't pick them up immediately. On top of everything my dress came in over a week ago, the bride was provided with a tracking number and they are telling us today that it hasn't shipped out yet!!! Are you kidding me?! How disorganized! I now have about 2 weeks to receive the dress and get alterations done. The manager, Mike, was completely useless. He was just like "sorry, we made a mistake. I don't know what else you want us to do." I don't know maybe do your job!! I'm livid to say the least! At least davids bridal is on top of things even though they have hundreds of stores! Elle Park needs to step it up.
