Mike is my agent, and I cannot say enough about how good our experience has been. He met with us to find out what our real needs were so he could find the correct coverage for us. I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him. I have done business with him in the past that left me with lots of expenses due to his negligence. Yes, I should have double checked all the documentation, but I feel that there are certain moral code and ethical responsibilities that were not present on his part. P.S: Mr Mohr, yes the legal documentation was signed by both of us and you knew what obligations you had committed to. If integrity is at your core as you say it was not present when I signed those documents to accommodate your timeline trusting that you would do the right thing and handle your obligations. I have no interest in discussing this further since you and your agents ignored my many attempts to resolve this in a reasonable manner. Instead we had to seek legal counsel to which you responded with threats. I am not calling into question your legal obligations, but yes your integrity, since I trustingly, and ignorantly, signed the documents which put me and my family in a vulnerable position that you took advantage of. If you want to discuss this with me you know where to find me if you want to get it off your chest, but like christians do I've already forgiven you.
