Very rude on the phone her name was Susan and when you talk to her in person she talks like she's yelling at you and when you try and explain what you were told she talks over you and there was supposed to be an event held today and no staff was communicated about it and we were told well maybe next week after a lot of us already shown up and wasted the gas to come to this event this is literally one of the worst libraries and well under communicated staff that I have ever seen
Beautiful, spacious building with lots of programs and activities. The librarians are super helpful and you never have to wait for a computer. I wish they had a larger catalog but understanding it's a small town, they have a reasonable selection.

The nicest library in the area...really hard when they moved from the downtown location on the river with the view (now town hall) BUT this library is really state of the art and exceeds the need of the Newburgh community.
