Pretty disgusting set up there's dog hair flying everywhere although the rates are reasonable it is shabby and unhygienic
We love taking our dog here and our last dog before he passed away we took him here. They always do great always friendly and professional. My dog came home so fluffy and smelling good and his nails were great! I recommend this place to everyone. They even did the cutest Christmas pictures this year!
The grooming establishment looked great. Angie handled my scarediecat 80# black lab great. Patient and kind. Thor never smelled better and i don't know what magic she used but I've never seen his coat shine like that. The price was comparable to the place i used to go but they always refused to clip his nails. Angie did it as included in the package AND filed them too....for no extra charge...what? I tried online booking at some new place and it didn't work so that's why i tried groomingdales, their online booking worked like a charm. Im really glad I ended up there, Thor deserves the best and he surely got it.
This place is horrible I had taken my 2 shih tzus to be groomed and I was vary disappointed in the service I received if you could even call it service there was one room where all the dogs waited to be groomed with dogs that looked sick and where jumping all over each other and one of my dogs seemed vary intimidated by the other dogs and the dogs were vary choppy and unprofessional the had razor burn and the nails were done horrible and one of them still had shampoo all in he's fur the other one didn't even smell or felt like he had gotten a bath I I had to give them both baths after paying for the service I they normally love baths but they were trying to go and hide behind me when the water was running and trying to jump out and seemed I little scared we we told her about the razor burn and choppy ness of the fur she said that was nothing wrong with their fur they're hair was just curly oh please that's bullcrap we had to take them both to another groomer so we ended up paying almost double for the Same service when she took them to the other groomer they where not vary shocked about how the dogs looked after coming from groomingdales pet spa please save your dog and you pocketbook take them somewhere else you will regret it she sees not wrong which these dogs but I have pictures for proof definitely not recommended
Shaved my dog & nicked him, and today they cut another dog so bad he had to get stitches! Would never in hell reccomend this place! Would post 0 stars if possible!
