Took my girlfriend's new car there for a tune up because we had a bad spark plug and the car wouldn't start because of errors. They decided that actually the starter was bad and replaced it, got the car back and suddenly the power steering wasn't working right, took it back to them and they said it was leaking and a part had to be replaced for $700. We begrudgingly had it replaced and a day later the check engine light came on and it's having the same problems as before we took it to Knapp's and a new problem where it takes about 5 minutes to accelerate to 60 while we're gunning it. Needless to say we are taking it somewhere else to get it actually fixed.
I love this place! My dad has been bringing his vehicles here for years and they are very knowledgable and prices are resonable! I recently chose to have a quick oil change at Pep Boys and problems with my oil pressure brought me back to Knapps! I will not make that mistake again! When you bring your vehicle in they will fix it correctly the first time and they do it for a fair and resonable cost.Thanks to Knapps for being my family's go to for reliable auto repair!
