Dr. Jackson is the most sincere, caring and thorough doctor me and my mom have seen in Evansville. She is current on procedures. She explains tests in normal language. She is never in a rush to finish up. It is easy to see that she wants to help people who are ill.
If you want a smart, competent, well-educated , current and caring physician we recommend her.
Over the years Dr Jackson has gotten so busy I feel as if her staff can no longer handle the amount of patients seen. Dr Jackson's care is great but her staff lacks in kindness, communication and overall often times seems chaotic. They just do not seem to have time or patience with patients anymore.
This has been my doctor's office for more than 4 years. My experience (regardless of which care giver I see) has always been excellent.
Dr Jackson has been our doctor for more than 10 years. No matter who I see which is usually Anna we are always treated as part of the family. Thanks to them I am alive today. When I was told I had liver cancer they took care of everything I am alive today because of their attention to to their patients. I received a transplant 1 year ago. I am forever great full to the entire staff.
