The staff is wonderful and I think Shannon is one of the best diagnosticians I have ever seen..She takes the time to listen and answer your questions making sure you understand. I have recommended her and the clinic to all my family and friends.
This is a great practice. The staff is wonderful. I always feel welcome and they are considerate of my feelings, but the atmosphere is quietly professional. I have never been made to feel "less than" due to my size, but rather they are friendly and encouraging. I see Nurse Practitioner Shannon Kratzer. She professional and credible while still remaining warm and friendly. I would recommend this practice highly.
